Technical training + workplace skills + hands on experience + evaluation and assessment = building essential skills for the future.I am a dedicated learning & development specialist with extensive experience developing strategies for large organisations, providing them with solutions to achieve their learning & development goals. I am an experienced relationship manager with an honest and transparent approach. I have worked in the industry for over sixteen years and have substantial knowledge of Government funding within training, ESFA compliance and OFSTED.I am a passionate advocate for autistic people and try to raise awareness as much as possible. This affects my daughter and I am trying to create a more accepting world in which she can reach her full potential. In education, we have made great strides but more can be done to harness the talent and potential of the autistic community, this can be done through raising awareness and understanding. I am always happy to share my expertise and strategies on what works (and what doesn’t) when implementing Apprenticeships successfully.
