Jenny is the Founder, President & CEO of JEM Advisors, where she leads a team of experienced advisors supporting energy, manufacturing, and petrochemical organizations through complex operational, capital, and transactional challenges. She brings experience in private equity from eight years at SCF Partners and later served as an executive at a boutique advisory firm, where she worked with advisors to guide leadership teams on performance improvement initiatives, major transactions, and capital programs. Jenny’s leadership approach is grounded in authenticity, careful listening, and intuition. She places a strong emphasis on communication, client service, and collaboration, believing that well-matched teams and trusted relationships are essential to achieving meaningful results. She is also an American author inspired by London’s quieter corners and the practice of being present to everyday joys. A longtime foodie and wine enthusiast, she values the art of savoring, whether in a well-paired meal, a shared moment, or life’s serendipity. Her debut children’s story is the first in a series following the adventures of a curious fox through London and beyond. Jenny holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and is a passionate advocate for mental health, actively supporting initiatives like the Art Tent that provide unhoused artists a place to create, connect, and be seen.
