AG Integrate by Addleshaw Goddard is the Firm\'s award-winning interim resourcing platform. AG Integrate was established in 2015 to provide clients with innovative, flexible resourcing solutions on an \'as and when needed\' basis. As a Senior Manager in the AG Integrate team, my role forms part of the Senior Leadership team and I lead key aspects of our flexible resourcing strategy, focusing on talent management and operational excellence. My responsibilities include: • Leading the People & Consultant pillars of the AG Integrate strategy, managing a team of five.• Overseeing talent attraction, retention and resourcing process improvements to enhance efficiency. • Acting as a designated escalation point for client and consultant queries, ensuring effective supervision and quality standards are maintained across the team.• Managing all resourcing processes, including the implementation of new initiatives. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.• Advising clients on innovative flexible resourcing solutions.• Supporting the delivery of the AG Integrate strategy in partnership with the AG Integrate Partner. • Deputising for the AG Integrate Partner when required.• Driving best practice across the AG Integrate team, including upskilling and training.
