I manage all areas of Training First Safety, a UK-wide health and safety training provider supporting the construction and manufacturing sectors. The business specialises in two core areas: our Online Marketplace, where employers can search, compare, and book accredited training courses, and our Managed Training Service, which helps clients stay compliant by tracking renewals and organising refresher training.My role covers business strategy, client support, supplier relationships, marketing, and operational management. I work closely with our network of approved trainers to maintain quality and ensure every course we deliver meets industry and legislative standards.I also lead on developing systems that make training management easier for employers, including online booking processes, data management tools, and compliance tracking. Day to day, I work directly with clients to understand their training needs, remove administrative burdens, and create simple, reliable processes that keep their teams safe, competent, and compliant.Our goal is to make training more accessible, better organised, and easier to manage for every business we work with.
