About Jenny Maier
After six years as an attorney in the Bay Area, I left my career to pursue a new path. Since 2013, I’ve worked to build communities, continue my own personal training as an endurance distance runner and help others achieve their health and fitness goals. After spending about 2 years on Bainbridge Island, Washington, I moved to Bend, Oregon in 2022 where I am a running coach and movement specialist for runners. In 2020, I founded a virtual studio where I hold livestream and virtual content classes for runners (and non-runners) called the Athlete Lab Virtual Studio. You can find more information on As a running coach, I work completely remotely, creating custom training plans and helping athletes one on one set and reach their goals. While many of my athletes are endurance runners (marathon and ultramarathon distance), I work with runners of all abilities and experience levels, as well as short distance runners, multisport athletes, post-partum athletes and those coming back after time away due to injury or other reasons. I have a passion for helping people train in a balanced way that keeps them uninjured, happy and healthy through the training cycle.I also have a passion for building connections through community events and through online and social media channels as well as building and fostering communities that promote overall health, happiness and fitness objectives.
