In my current role at CNN Sports, I am responsible for overseeing production logistics and budgets for significant events such as Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Weekend, and NCAA Final Four. I also actively focus on business development, continuously seeking new opportunities to grow revenue and reduce department costs. This involves collaborative efforts with other departments to share resources and optimize operational efficiency.
