I act as General Counsel - Corporate at Rentokil Initial plc, a FTSE 50 business also listed on the NYSE. In my role I am responsible for all Group level matters that touch the RI business. This includes management of Commercial and key enterprise agreements, IP matters, IT, Technology and RI\'s exciting innovative R&D portfolio as well as M&A and International Governance and Risk matters. I also assist the Group GC & Co-Sec on board level matters, managing relationships with key stakeholders.
