ABOUT JENNY LEIGH DAVIS
I’m the Events Coordinator and Underwriting Assistant for Subcontractors Association of Alabama (SubAla) & WorkersFirst CompFund. SubAla is a statewide nonprofit organization that exists to support subcontractors of Alabama with a focus on education, legislation, networking and safety. For the Association, I arrange, promote, and execute networking events throughout the year. Establish and maintain industry relationships. Produce quarterly newsletters for our members. Manage social media platforms and company websites. WorkersFirst CompFund is the oldest workers\' compensation self-insurance fund in Alabama. For the fund, I’m an underwriter capturing new business, implementing workflows, and building agent relations. I ensure that premiums are competitive and accounts remain profitable. Prepare proposals for potential clientele. Cultivate strong relationships with brokers.
