ABOUT JENNY MACK

My guiding principle—professionally and personally—has always been to do right by people.I operate at the intersection of product design, strategy, and growth—building experiences that delight users and drive measurable business impact. Formerly serving as Director of User Experience, I now hold the role of Principal Product Designer as part of an organizational shift toward AI, product-led operating models. While my title evolved, my scope remained the same: I continue to lead at a director level—shaping vision, guiding cross-functional strategy, and scaling design practices that accelerate innovation and decision-making.Over the years, I’ve helped organizations adopt product-led growth, embed discovery into development cycles, and move from opinion-driven to evidence-driven design. I’m especially passionate about connecting dots across disciplines, aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes, and building environments where great ideas can ship—not stall. In additin to my day-to-day work, I serve as a Board Advisor at Utah Valley University, helping shape programs that prepare the next generation of design, product, and engineering leaders.Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom to four incredible daughters, a fitness enthusiast, and a certified Barre and Pilates instructor. Teaching movement reminds me daily about balance, resilience, and growth—the same qualities I bring into product leadership. And yes, balance always leaves room for donuts.
