   Manage and administer health & welfare plans including the benefit plan design, implementation, administration, and communication to achieve our company’s desired business results. Responsible for vendor relationships for optimal productivity and performance with benefits consultants/broker, as well as relationships with other third-party vendors to deliver timely, targeted, and cost-efficient benefits programs. Manage employee leave programs including FMLA, state leave law requirements, and ADA accommodations. Proactively audit and maintain data integrity of all plan enrollments. Continuously evolve programs and services to enhance employee experience by developing innovative solutions and enhanced communications. Coordinate with legal counsel and other internal stakeholder to ensure benefit programs are in compliance with all applicable regulatory and legislative requirements, including to but no limited to ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ACA.
