Managed and built an internal process improvement application that analyzed over procurement cases, and identified the most critical root causes. The project demanded business case definition, data connection and transformation, dashboard building, and automation creation using PQL and YMAL. • Conceptualized and implemented Product Roadmap documentations that allowed over 500 Account Managers and Solution Engineers to share product vision and updates with our entire customer base. • Designed and operated the Feature Request process by mapping the optimal steps and creating task enabling tools, resulting in a 250% increase in developed features from requests in a quarter. • Enabled all product squads to set their product strategy through facilitating executive reviews, setting up process related tools, and monitoring teams’ output.
