ABOUT JENNY HEINTZ
I have 15 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, and public policy, with a focus on education, financial services, and infrastructure. I am passionate about improving service delivery and program design by using evidence-based approaches and collaborating with stakeholders. As the Director of M&E at Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), I oversee the sector evaluations and bring together lessons learned across each portfolio. I also represent MCC on interagency working groups and councils that aim to enhance the value and contributions of federal evaluations.In my current role, I provide oversight on MCC\'s evaluations for education, water & sanitation, and investment & trade projects. I contribute to improved program design by collating and organizing research findings for future use. I conducted a systematic review of MCC\'s general education evaluations, which was published in 2023. I also develop and implement context-adapted, user-friendly data collection methods to support program improvement. I coordinate with independent evaluators and government officials to oversee the evaluations and monitor progress in implementation of MCC projects. I leverage my skills in research, public policy, and international relations to deliver high-quality and impactful evaluations.
