At Zippy Shell of Charlotte, our goal is to help take the stress out of the storage and moving processes for our customers. As a locally owned and operated franchise servicing our neighbors here in Charlotte, we strive to provide exceptional customer service with a personalized touch. We understand that storing personal belongings and dealing with a move can be challenging and stressful, and we work with our customers to meet their individual needs. As Chief Operating Officer of Zippy Shell Mobile Storage and Moving, I oversee and manage all business operations and administration, including sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, billing, systems maintenance, training, and staff management. As the primary Director of Sales and Marketing, I coordinate and direct all business development efforts to enhance brand awareness, support go-to-market strategies, and increase sales. I determine marketing objectives, with effective audience targeting, oversee strategic planning, participate in business to business networking, and coordinate numerous marketing events. As a former classroom teacher, I often draw upon my educational background when providing training for new employees, developing goals and objectives for staff to enhance business and professional development, offering instruction for updated processes and procedures, facilitating teamwork among staff members, and presenting information about Zippy Shell\'s services to real estate agencies and to other business groups to promote brand awareness and build networking partnerships.
