FCP Live-In provides live-in caregiver support to help families keep their loved one safe at home. We offer a collaborative approach working with families and their healthcare providers to ensure all the clients needs are met, while remaining in their home. We are an alternative to an assisted living setting, especially for those who refuse to leave their home, but need the supportive services to be safe.
