I love being part of a high-performance culture where teams collaborate on problem solving and business growth through frank discussions, idea sharing, and creative brainstorming. More than once I’ve been handed complex, business-critical projects, where I’ve had the freedom to build the team, secure the resources, and forge the relationships needed for success. These time-sensitive, high-visibility initiatives are where I thrive! As the Director of Marketing & Communications for JONDO we pioneered a novel, consumer-driven art concept, allowing people to print their images on canvas, which was adopted throughout the industry. And we drove promotions through large-scale, “fit to be stolen” art installations around town. The wild conversations we had when we were ideating the project invigorated me, I played a crucial role in bringing our concepts to life. True bliss!Recently, I shifted gears to a completely different environment at Taco Bell, and I’ve adapted well.
