I facilitate environments for people to collaborate, be creative, and achieve their potential doing good work.My top skill and favorite thing to do is leading groups through intentional experiences to create, discover, transform, and inspire action. As Assistant Director for Organizational Development with UCLA Student Affairs, this looks like: engaging employees with innovative and enriching learning and development programs, improving culture and effectiveness through strategic change management, and leading our organizational investment in the career and wellbeing of every educator on our team.Two ideals that guide my work:1) I operate from an abundance mindset, committed to the belief that we have the most potential for growth in the areas in which we are already strong. 2) I subscribe to the principles of Universal Design and Inclusive Excellence: creating systems to meet needs of those most likely to face obstacles yields inclusive, accessible, and equitable outcomes.
