Hi, I’m Jenny.I co-founded International Therapy Space and Our Best Life to provide specialist support for people navigating addiction, trauma, burnout, and relationship challenges.At International Therapy Space, we provide online therapy and coaching for individuals, couples, and families. Our work is tailored, confidential, and designed to meet people exactly where they are. We support clients recovering from addiction, working through trauma, navigating anxiety or stress, strengthening relationships, or seeking greater clarity and resilience.
