As a progressive and motivated learning and development professional with over 22 years’ experience across strategic and operational L&D roles—from Principal Consultant to Head of Learning and Development—I bring a strong track record of delivering impactful, innovative learning solutions that support organisational growth. I am driven by identifying creative and blended approaches to solve business challenges and by introducing ideas and concepts that empower teams to thrive and develop throughout the employee lifecycle.Throughout my career, I have designed and implemented a wide range of learning programmes, from onboarding and induction to comprehensive development academies that span essential skills, including sales and service excellence. I have also developed and delivered leadership development programmes and executive coaching initiatives that strengthen capability, support succession planning, and enhance leadership effectiveness at all organisational levels.
