I specialise in advising businesses on all aspects of employment law including-• Employment tribunals;• Business restructures and reorganisations (including redundancy exercises); • Outsourcing and TUPE; • Restrictive covenants; and• Day to day advice on HR issues such as managing performance and sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance procedures and settlement agreements.I am also particularly interested in delivering employment law training, working with clients to develop bespoke \"upskilling\" courses for HR and line managers.I have been privileged to act for a wide range of employer clients, from owner-managed business to major public companies. I also have experience of working in house in both the public and private sector, which has given me a true insight into the commercial and cultural factors that influence HR decision making.I am also privileged to have been named a \"Rising Star\" in the Legal 500 directory in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
