ABOUT JENNY VINCENT
As the founder of Vincent Rebound Network, LLC and as a Dysphagia and FEES specialist, I have a knack for mentoring and educating PT, OT, ST on the broad scope of practice and the importance of thorough, invasive assessments. Our model provides mobile outpatient therapy in a wide variety of settings, making it accessible to those who cannot make it to a clinic. I am also experienced in Therapy Operations and Client Relations within a variety of settings. I establish baselines, troubleshoot then build quality based programs and achieve profitable growth while maximizing patient outcomes through the basis of trusted relationships. Strength lies in acting liaisons across department heads to elicit successful communication. Therapy involvement holds a key to success with PDPM and CMI. The success of our LTC communities is extremely important for our medically fragile to have a place to stay. It is our duty as clinicians to help drive operational success.
