As these two teams were not historically in existence, it has been a complete JOY to share the successes and efficiencies of the teammates as we work smarter and are constantly adapting to whatever the market and our clients need. Strategic direction, collaboration with not only Sales leaders from an execution perspective, but also Learning & Development and Sales Enablement to ensure any trends or gaps we identify are made accessible to address with sales teammates, and other Operations organizations for best practice sharing, and our Partner community for maximum performance, is elevated through general socialization of successes and challenges to elevate our client experience, both internal and external.
