Consult and influence on the talent acquisition process within the Technology Community; source, attract, and hire diverse talent to align candidates’ strengths to Principal’s needs • Develop strong understanding of technology roles such as software engineer, infrastructure engineer, data engineer, product owner and manager, delivery manager, solution analyst and technical support roles while partnering with leaders across the organization to create an inclusive, diverse and qualified candidate pool • Manage and lead the strategic recruiting process for a robust technology, product management and data analytics internship program in partnership with internship program consultant and Technology Recruiting Committee to source and hire 120+ interns efficiently and effectively • Ensure and champion the highest quality of candidate and leader experience through full cycle talent acquisition process • Build relationships with business leaders, HRBP, and compensation teams to provide education on recruitment process and market competitive data • Conduct screening process through resume review and HR phone and pre-recorded interviews based on competency and behavior based questions to determine fit
