1Stop Training is the new adult care training provider on the block. We\'d like to think we know our stuff in adult social care and healthcare. We\'ve worked in it for more than 30 years! We have been sharing our knowledge through training and education for more than 15 years, and we have now decided to do our own thing. My role at 1Stop is to oversee the smooth running of the training and education development and delivered by the company. Jenny has worked in Health and Social Care for over 30 years. She is an experienced senior manager who thrives in leading the day-to-day operations of social care businesses. Jenny has managed a broad range of social care services across the PVI sectors and has over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering training for a wide variety of services.Jenny’s passion for supporting and advocating for people’s rights and freedoms within the Autism and Learning Disability community is contagious. She takes pride in delivering high-quality training that will have positive impacts on the clients that her learners support. Jenny has developed several creative and practical tools to enable her learners to keep the learning alive in their place of work.Jenny is qualified to deliver the The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism. She also specialises in safeguarding and leadership training.
