I’m a psychotherapist, executive coach, and artist with a deep passion for helping high-achieving individuals navigate the emotional complexities that often accompany success. My clients include entrepreneurs, founders, creatives, and public figures who are driven to make an impact—but who also find themselves battling anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, identity questions, or the quiet pressure of always needing to “keep it together.”My background is rooted in social impact and shaped by a truly global perspective—I\'ve traveled to over 50 countries, lived in 5, and worked across cultures, industries, and disciplines. With both an MBA and an MA in Counseling for Mental Health & Wellness, I bring a rare blend of clinical insight, business acumen, creativity, and lived experience to my work.Clients often come to me when they’re at a personal or professional crossroads:– Navigating burnout, depression, or existential questioning– Facing challenges in relationships or family systems– Grappling with cultural identity, generational dynamics, or transition– Looking for deeper purpose, clarity, and inner stabilityI specialize in working with high-functioning, emotionally intelligent individuals who are used to performing well—and are ready to drop the mask and do the deeper work.Trained in Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, and Solutions-Focused approaches, I offer an eclectic, empathetic, and action-oriented style. I’ve also explored diverse personal development paths—from 10-day silent Vipassana retreats and the Hoffman Process to ayahuasca ceremonies in the Amazon—bringing a depth and open-mindedness that clients deeply appreciate.Above all, I offer a space where you don’t have to perform—just be real. Whether you’re working through something personal, professional, or existential, I’m here to support your growth with clarity, compassion, and care.Open to new clients and referrals. Let’s connect.
