About Jenny Robertson

As Senior Vice President of Global Brand and Communications for FedEx, I lead a world-class team responsible for managing the company\'s global brand and reputation through strategic communications, public affairs, advertising, citizenship, sponsorships, media relations, and social media. I have had the privilege of being a part of many important FedEx moments during my 20-year career with the company, but there are two I am particularly proud of — the launch of our global community engagement program, FedEx Cares, in 2019 and our 50th anniversary milestone in 2023. I am extremely proud to work for a company that is dedicated to connecting people and possibilities around the globe. Our passion and commitment start and end with our customer. In direct support of this, our team members are devoted to our Purple Promise, which is to make every FedEx experience outstanding. They go the extra mile (sometimes literally!) to find creative and innovative ways to solve customer problems. Outside of work, my husband Rob and I are the proud parents of two children.
