Served on the re-opening team for the Rainbow Room, a New York City landmark on the 65th Floor of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, following a five-year,$55 million renovation• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate, non-profit and social events. Perform site visits, conduct tastings, create diagrams and Banquet Event Orders, advise on event timelines, liaise with vendors (including AV, florals, décor, rentals, photography/videography), and serve as on-site point of contact for events• Oversee event servicing process across the Sales Team to ensure flawless experiences for all clients • Work with Executive Chef and Beverage Director to create seasonal event menus designed to create inspired dining experiences, and maximize opportunities for upselling • Coordinate closely with both Rainbow Room and building operations teams (Banquets, Culinary, Property Management, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Cleaning) to ensure teams are staffed properly and informed of all key details• Named Manager of the Quarter in 2017 and 2019• Oversaw venue production for such events as the 2021 Golden Globes; Harper\'s BAZAAR 150th Anniversary; Daily Front Row Fashion Media Awards; NYFW shows for Dolce & Gabbana, Kate Spade, Markarian and Prabal Gurung; Live @ the Rainbow Room concert series; and VIP private social events
