Conduct initial face-to-face training on V-Go and Afrezza to ensure safe utilization of products. •Conduct patient follow-up training sessions to support the patient’s learning and his/her ability to effectively and safely use products. •Develop and strengthen relationships with key HCP customers; providing product education to HCPs and office staff as requested. •Coordinate and communicate with HCP offices regarding patient training on products. •Document all patient education and training activity within Remedy and Client’s software systems. •Report all Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints as reported by Patient or HCP/Office staff according to Client policy guidelines. •Foster Remedy Group Vision, Core Values and Strong Culture to provide exceptional service to Client and grow as an individual.
