Beyond my work in the air-conditioning industry, I have a deep-rooted passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, and helping others achieve their property goals.We Proudly serve homeowners, commercial building owners, property managers, and real estate professionals with trusted HVAC solutions.Focused on strategic growth and legacy-building, now working alongside my son to expand and modernize operations.Building and maintaining long-term client relationships by delivering reliable, high-quality service and professional expertise.I also Provided residential real estate services to buyers and sellers in the local market.Built extensive networks of homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals, many of whom remain clients and partners in McCall’s Air Conditioning.Maintained high standards of professionalism, negotiation, and client care.On a personal note, I’ve been married for 27 years and have five amazing children, including two adopted children. I’m deeply committed to advocating for foster care reform and supporting children in need. I’m also a devoted animal lover, sharing my home with three dogs and a cat.Whether it’s helping clients providing top-tier HVAC solutions, or making a difference in the community, I’m always looking for ways to serve and support others.

   Jenny McCall has worked continually in the Real Estate Business since 1995 and has been selling Real Estate since 2006. She is a Managing partner of the S4 Group specializing in Resale and Luxury Properties. In 1995, at the age of 22 Jenny purchased her first rental property and grew her portfolio to 7 residential properties and 54 acres of land. In 2006, she transitioned away from management and into sales. In the years since Jenny has become one of the most admired and respected agents in the local Real Estate Community. She has been featured in Residential Real Estate Magazine, honored as the KW Regional Icon and has maintained the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award with the South East Association of Realtors. Jenny served on the Agent Leadership Council for 5 consecutive years as the Director of education, luxury and culture.Jenny also served as the Co-Owner of the S4 team at Keller Williams Realty. Her business blessed her with the ability to work with selected clients while managing a team of 15 agents whose production places then on the Valley’s top 25 teams list. Currently, She enjoys raising her 5 children (3 biological 2 adopted) with her husband David of 24 years. Jenny served as a Life Group Leader with Central Christian Church and a Foster to adopt Parent as well as a volunteers with several animal rescue shelters. There is always has new puppy at the house that the children can play with while getting it ready for it’s forever home.
