As a farm-raised kid inspired by my grandmother\'s pioneering spirit in the tech industry, I\'ve cultivated a unique blend of down-to-earth practicality and cutting-edge innovation. My path at Cox Automotive began at 18, and since then, I\'ve worn many hats across operations, sales, service, finance, and marketing. This diverse experience has given me a 360-degree view of the automotive industry, allowing me to approach challenges with a holistic perspective. In my current role as Senior Manager of MDM Product, I\'ve found my true calling in Master Data Management. Here, I blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to spearhead process improvements that streamline operations, deliver impactful executive presentations that drive decision-making, and foster an environment where innovation thrives and business growth is inevitable. I believe that great solutions are born from understanding not just the data, but the people behind it. My approach involves cultivating strong relationships with internal and external clients, listening intently to understand the vision behind each project, and collaborating with teams to create solutions that serve both present and future needs. My drive to understand the business holistically pushes me to stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities, and share knowledge and insights with my team and colleagues. I believe that the best results come from diverse minds working together, every team member has valuable insights to contribute, and a positive, supportive work environment leads to exceptional outcomes. Fun fact: For the last 20 years, my children and I have spread joy by baking cookies and delivering them in tins to local retirement homes. I\'m passionate about supporting a local charity founded by my brother. This organization focuses on helping children in foster care by providing essential items like backpacks filled with clothes, diapers, and small toys for collecting their belongings. The charity also ensures these children receive Christmas presents, bringing a touch of holiday magic to their lives.
