   As the Director of Survey Research at Gallup, I bring over 15 years of experience in methodological guidance and consulting across various research domains. I specialize in probability and non-probability panel research, self-administered survey design, and the implementation of innovative survey technologies. My work includes managing the Gallup Panel, targeting low incidence populations, and exploring new technologies such as passive data collection and AI interviewing. Prior to assuming my current role, I was a methodologist on Gallup\'s World Poll team, where I developed expertise in global research and data quality. I have authored over 100 research articles, conference presentations, and reports, including publications in Public Opinion Quarterly, Journal of Survey Statistics and Methodology and Survey Practice. I am an active member of AAPOR and MAPOR and am currently the Associate Standards Chair of AAPOR and recently served as the conference chair of MAPOR. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree and PhD in survey research and methodology from the University of Nebraska Lincoln (UNL).
