ABOUT JENNY MADORSKY

Jenny leads teams to achieve their best work. She has led large-scale digital transformations and small-scale hackathon innovations in the private and public sector for over a decade. She led an agile software development transformation at a component of the Department of Homeland Security, redesigned state.gov for the State Department to better serve its diplomatic mission, and marketed new pharmaceutical advancements with Abbvie and Eli Lilly. With the USDS team at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), she helped launch the Quality Payment Program (QPP) to move the healthcare industry away from fee-for-service and into value-based payments, and created a new data.cms.gov experience to help CMS scale its mission by getting its data into the hands of those working to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare. Jenny has also led multiple hackathon teams to successful results. She collaborated with Salt & Ink to bring Speak2Sign to a local culinary hot spot to help patrons learn sign language in context, and she worked with the United Nations HeForShe movement to design strategies for tackling online harassment in gaming. In all of her work, Jenny brings strategic focus and an analytical approach to lead teams and clients to exceptional results.
