I started at the studio helping to Develop a very painterly \'Look of Show\' for Sunil Hall & Lynne Naylor-Reccardi\'s The Mighty One\'s! I Art Directed Season\'s 1-4, as well as visited our Partner Studio \'Snipple\' in the Philippines. It was an Extraordinary Experience. I then transitioned to Art Directing with the Development Teams, on a Wide range of projects & genres. So far I\'ve had the Pleasure of working on 9 different projects, finding artists, creating art, giving notes & feedback, pitching decks.Many all within the same day.

ABOUT JENNY GASE-BAKER
I am an Art Director & Vis Dev artist, with over 26 years of Studio Experience. I have worked across All platforms, and for all ages & genres. Some of the biggest projects I\'ve been an Instrumental part of are: Kids Next Door, Batman Beyond, Samurai Jack, Teen Titans, Johnny Bravo, The Mighty B, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Justice League, DC Showcase, DC Universe, Mickey Mouse Shorts, Mickey Mouse Christmas & Halloween Specials, and so many various pilots, projects, pitches and More. I Love taking on projects that are in need of a \'Look of Show\', and experimenting from Character development, backgrounds through the entire spectrum of what it could be. I thrive on juggling Multiple assignments at once, and pride myself on always looking ahead to see the Best plan of action, and to utilize everyone\'s talents effectively. I enjoy Development, Episodic (shipping every Friday) to the thrills of Post-production and finding all those little areas to do paint overs, give detailed examples of a better way, or just a swift & dirty fix to make animation polished. I am a Robust mentor, & avid volunteer in all things Art/Student/Underprivileged & Veterans Networks. I also give \'Happily\' of my time to USC portfolio day, Lightbox, CTN, X-signing Expo portfolio Reviews, Inner-City Arts, & BRIC.
