Coordinate and execute day-to-day operational activities; documenting processes andworkflows and maintain activity records for audit trail purposes. Act as the primary point of contact for project pilots with members. Oversee delivery ofvendor and internal technology services. Support the Payment Systems Operations, Network & Directory Services team with day today directory services operations. Contribute to the continual improvement of our team and services by proactively identifying, documenting and sharing process improvement opportunities. Act as primary point of contact for Member/FI implementation of Directory and NetworkServices to promote adoption and use, leveraging relationship building and projectexecution abilities. Coordinate customer relationship management meetings; prepare agendas and meetingminutes. Participate in customer relationship management; support our business/services interfacebetween Payments Canada, our financial institution customers, vendors and other externalstakeholders. Ensuring full analysis of issues which impact members are identified, & providing operational and policy implications & resolutions. Act as chair of Payments Canada FIF Working Group and coordinate work related to projects, initiatives & represent the team on internal committees, act as the liaison between stakeholders, Payments Canada business partners and the Payment Systems Operations, Network and Directory Services team. Collaborate with project teams to support the coordination and executionof operational projects and initiatives.
