ABOUT JENNY FINNERMAN
As a Director of Learning & Development, I design and lead programs that prepare and develop employees and leaders, support national expansion, and create spaces where employees feel connected to our mission and organization.My path to L&D began in clinical and educational settings, where I worked as a therapist, social worker, and educator. Those experiences taught me the power of empathy, inclusion, and clear communication—skills I now bring to developing employees, guiding change, and shaping culture.I am also highly strategic and results oriented. I partner closely with business leaders to align learning with organizational goals, using data to measure impact and refine solutions.
