ABOUT JENNY ETHERTON

I am passionate about transformation and operational excellence in large corporates and multinationals. Helping organisations drive operations improvement in markets that are being disrupted and where collaboration, cloud and digital are the current watchwords, is what excites me.My consulting experience includes organisation wide reviews, major cost reduction and transformation programmes. I have designed, contracted and delivered a number of outcome-based / risk-reward contracts, successfully building mutually beneficial commercial constructs with my clients, which enabled us together to achieve greater benefits.I have advised and implemented for a wide variety of organisations, with clients across the transport and logistics, recruitment, manufacturing, telecommunications and technology sectors. I have also worked with the PwC Board to manage a portfolio of strategic transformation programmes across PwC. The portfolio includes global implementations of Salesforce, Workday and Google, as well as a major programme to scope, design and implement a new target operating model for the entire firm.I led PwC\'s GDPR implementation programme. The programme extended across all areas of the business and employees.
