Her passion for understanding each team member has allowed for her strength in coordinating intricate work. Jenny always pushes her unique, creative, organized out-of-the-box mindset to focus and overcome any obstacle to meet projected deadlines while satisfying clients needs. Jenny\'s career has been full of pleasure by building a variety of beautifully designed spaces and enjoying smiling faces after serving an amazing meal. She put in the hard work by accessing all issues, expressing immediate concerns and designing a plan to open the doors and complete any task. Jenny coordinated with every team member from vice presidents of construction, interior designers, local architects, restaurant operations, kitchen staff and the front of house team to get the ball rolling on creating an amazing event or space. The Headringer team saved failing restaurant projects by meeting deadlines and overcoming any obstacle with grace and the assistance of a hard working, talented team. Jenny lives by the phrase \"if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life.\" However when she is not at work she loves spending time with her little girl and singing karaoke with her amazing husband.
