The Future Ways of Working team is responsible for embedding and evolving modern working practices across the civil service. Following the successful delivery of the smarter working programme the Future Ways of Working team are responsible for sustaining a network of smarter working practitioners to help inform and influence future ways of working which continues to build on the principles of flexibility and choice. Aligning with the wider GPA interoperability programme, Future Ways of Working are responsible for establishing the next iteration of ways of working that will continue to support Government Hubs operating effectively but also developing new principles that will be key enabler to delivering greater sharing of Government workspaces.
