Healthy Homes Hub supports healthier homes in social housing by putting health outcomes at the centre of housing decisions.As Founder and CEO, I work with housing providers, health partners and policymakers to address the root causes of ill health linked to homes, from damp and mould to cold, poor air quality and poorly performing buildings.My work focuses on- Helping housing leaders translate investment decisions into measurable health outcomes- Connecting housing, health, data and lived experience to shift from reactive responses to prevention- Sharing best practice and evidence to support better policy, strategy and delivery across the sector- Creating safe spaces for honest learning about what works, what doesn’t and where change is needed.Healthy Homes Hub is a social purpose organisation, not a selling network. We exist to enable collaboration across housing providers, local authorities, the NHS, academia and the supply chain, so healthier homes become the norm, not the exception- Lead a national network focused on healthy homes in social housing, working with housing providers, health partners, policymakers and academics- Advise senior housing leaders on investment strategy, damp and mould prevention, retrofit impacts and health outcomes- Shape cross-sector conversations on the financial and social case for healthier homes, linking housing investment to reduced health inequalities- Support organisations to move from reactive compliance-led approaches to proactive, data-led prevention models- Advocate for health to be embedded in housing policy, regulation and long-term asset planningI also actively advocate for health to be treated as a core outcome of housing policy, investment and regulation, not an unintended by-product.

I work with Chief Executives, Asset Directors, Sustainability Leads and Housing Boards across the UK social housing sector to reduce risk, tackle damp and mould, improve building performance and deliver healthier outcomes for residents.For too long, the sector has treated damp, mould, cold homes and poor air quality as isolated issues. In reality, they’re symptoms of deeper decisions about assets, energy, data, services and resident engagement.I’m an Advisor to housing providers, contractors and sector bodies on health-led housing strategy, helping teams to- put health at the centre of housing strategy and investment decisions- reduce organisational risk and long-term cost- design support for residents that is practical, fair and grounded in real life- align decarbonisation, energy and retrofit with better health outcomes- move from reactive services to proactive, preventative modelsYou’ll also find me regularly chairing and speaking at industry events for the National Housing Federation, sector conferences, podcasts, and board and leadership events, bringing together housing, health and supply chain voices to move the conversation from “issues” to “systems”.I’m the Founder and Chief Executive of Healthy Homes Hub, a trusted network bringing together housing providers, health professionals, academics and the supply chain to share evidence-based practice and accelerate change. Around 67% of the social housing sector engages with the Hub in some way.My background spans senior leadership, strategy, operations and innovation across housing, infrastructure and technology.
