About Jenny Daniel Arzberger
I am a multidisciplinary professional working at the intersection of education, design, and community engagement. My career spans K-12 education, architecture and interior design specializing in learning environments, and strategic marketing for schools, PTO organizations, and youth sports programs. Grounded in environmental psychology, my design work focuses on how physical spaces influence learning, behavior, and student well-being, while my experience as an educator provides firsthand insight into the real needs of students, teachers, and families. Complementing this perspective, my marketing leadership helps schools and youth organizations communicate their mission, build strong community engagement, and grow participation through thoughtful branding, social media strategy, and program storytelling. Together, these experiences allow me to bridge the gap between how educational spaces are designed, how they function in practice, and how institutions connect with the communities they serve.I’m strongest where strategy meets doing the work: building a content plan, writing the copy, getting the creative out the door, and turning busy calendars into campaigns people actually respond to. I care about clear messaging, consistent brand voice, and making it easy for families and community partners to show up and participate.Core strengths: content strategy, social media, email/newsletters, campaign planning, community partnerships, event promotion, and simple performance tracking (what worked, what didn’t, and why).Tools I work in:(Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Notion).Based in Boulder CO area. Open to marketing roles in sports, community, and mission-driven organizations.
Experience
Chief Design Officer Environmental Psychology Specialist K12 Design
May 2010 — Present · Denver, CO, US
I provide a combination of architecture and environmental psychology to create evidence-based, human-centered design for education and training improvement. In doing so, I implement universal design practices into my designs and projects to make learning environments more accessible and inclusive for individuals with neurodiverse needs. This may include incorporating features such as adjustable lighting, noise-cancelling technology, and flexible seating options to accommodate the unique sensory and physical needs of neurodiverse learners. By prioritizing universal design in my work, I aim to create learning environments that are welcoming and supportive for all individuals, regardless of their neurodiversity status.
