I started in engineering, and that foundation still shapes how I approach finance — analytically, structurally, and with an eye toward how things function in the real world.Today I focus on capital strategy and operational reality inside a 1,400+ person engineering firm. Over the past several years, my responsibilities have expanded into enterprise finance — including acquisition analysis, ownership transition planning, credit facility modeling, external valuation support, and long-range financial forecasting.In addition to corporate finance work, I lead a firm-wide mentorship and leadership initiative that connects employees across offices and disciplines.    Role expanded into enterprise-level corporate finance and capital strategy initiatives supporting executive leadership.• Lead financial analysis for potential mergers and acquisitions, including DCF valuation, comparable company multiples, and transaction structure modeling (cash, debt, and equity scenarios).
