About Jenny Cochran
I started in engineering, and that foundation still shapes how I approach finance — analytically, structurally, and with an eye toward how things function in the real world.Today I focus on capital strategy and operational reality inside a 1,400+ person engineering firm. Over the past several years, my responsibilities have expanded into enterprise finance — including acquisition analysis, ownership transition planning, credit facility modeling, external valuation support, and long-range financial forecasting. In addition to corporate finance work, I lead a firm-wide mentorship and leadership initiative that connects employees across offices and disciplines. Capital decisions shape a company’s future, but culture and connection determine how effectively they’re carried out.I’m energized by complex problems, collaborative thinking, and organizations committed to long-term value creation.
