My role involves executing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and attracting top talent to support our organization\'s growth and objectives.*Full-life cycle recruitment for salaried and hourly employees at our 6 US manufacturing locations.*Strategically recruiting and engaging potential candidates from LinkedIN.*Proactively source and identify potential candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.*Partner with business leaders to develop and implement Recruiting strategies aligned with Spartronics goals.*Work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand staffing needs, provide guidance and market data, and support them throughout the hiring process.*Extend job offers, negotiate terms of employment, and collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.*Coordinate with educational institutions and organizations to establish partnerships for recruiting potential candidates with interest in working in the manufacturing industry.*Employer Brand Marketing*Develop and implement strategies to create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed at every stage.
