About Jenny Arrington

Co-Founder of Rebel Human, Jennifer Arrington trained under Harvard neuroscientist, Dr. Srini Pillay, is certified under both the Kundalini Research Institute and the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT®, YACEP®), and previously served as Wellness Advisor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Jennifer has taught internationally in Iceland and at the International Yoga Festival in France. She’s worked with Warner Bros, Microsoft, Dell, Pepsi, and Cedars-Sinai to name a few. She has been featured in publications including US News & World Report, Chicago Tribune, Shape, CS, and Chicago Magazine. Her first book, The Kundalini Yoga Posture Manual: A Comprehensive Guide to Teaching and Practicing the Postures, was published in 2019. She has worked with EO, YPO, and WPO members in teams and individually. Through experience, she sees the common through lines holding back potential and innovation, along with an executive’s unique challenges and gifts. She is known as the “CEO Whisperer”. Jennifer develops and teaches the protocols and systems, informed by positive psychology, and neuroscience, to help individuals, teams, and companies pierce the veneer of performative wellness. Her goal is to get you to a place where decisions are easier, difficult conversations are easier, you’re better able to manage your body budget to maximize your creativity and energy, and train your brain to be laser focused. When teams work with Jennifer, they are better able to identify when ego is sabotaging the work and how to deal with it. She helps integrate the protocols so you can spend your valuable focus dollars wisely, able to generate novel ideas, and convert them into value and impact. ​ Jenny’s unique approach to teaching is informed by her varied experiences, whether it be swimming with sharks, moving up the ranks in Shark Tank, leading a team of student archaeologists in Pompeii, moderating her YPO young adult forum group, scuba diving at 200ft depths, pitching her product at the MIT Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, teaching at her monthly fundraiser, chairing a non-profit board, meditating for seven hours straight, or running a marathon. ​ When Jenny is not teaching and developing programming you might find her on the flying trapeze, spinning upside down in the aerial silk or recording music for her group Live.In.Lover. She likes to say, “I try to do something that scares me at least once every day.”

They do the hard thing when it\'s the right thing.Rebel Human is a hands-on educational organization offering classes, immersive retreats, workshops, and one-on-one development sessions that make being human a more authentic, creative, connected, compassionate, healthy, and joy-filled experience.Our evidence-based offerings are rooted (primarily) in ancient yogic practices (meditation, mantra, breathwork), neuroscientific research, and creative expression. Our robust and unique curriculum cuts across multiple disciplines and supports not only an individual\'s mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing but also the wellbeing of the community and the world around us.In a culture that demands acceleration, go slow. In a culture designed to distract, pay attention. In a culture intent on isolation, connect. When the norms are cutting us off, numbing us out, and making us sick and sad, be a rebel human.
