As Partnerships Support Manager, I support & manage the day to day, tech & platform-related operations of a multi-national, U.K. based company, by providing first-class support to a broad portfolio of new and existing Mr & Mrs Smith partners - hotels, villas and travel agency partners, including IHG, British Airways. My main focus is providing support to over 330 NASA hotels, including 63 key accounts in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, ensuring that all tech & platform-related issues are resolved. I work closely with our global departments, all of which are based in the U.S, U.K, EMEA, and ASIAPAC. Experience in the hospitality technology space, knowledge of OTAs, channel managers and Property Management Systems, CRM tools (Salesforce), and experience with API integrations & XML.*I manage all hotel extranet-related queries both externally and internally that pertain to hotel channel management systems and system integrations.* I\'m responsible for resolving reservations issues related to over bookings, pricing, reservation delivery.*I consult with hotel partners to ensure competitiveness by improving & maintaining product quality of rates, offer depth, & availability, to increase revenue for offline & online sales *I conduct weekly website & Online Travel Agency site audits of hotel rates, availability, & inventory to ensure parity *Troubleshoot system connectivity issues with 3rd party channel management systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, Siteminder, Property Management Systems & XML reading.*Responsible for hotel credit card payments
