In my current role, I serve as Marketing Coordinator for the W. M. Jordan Real Estate Development Company, which includes managing the proposal process, investor relations, and marketing for Tech Center Research Park. I coordinate communication with our investors, send monthly reports, manage investor information, and design marketing materials to raise funds for our commercial properties. I coordinate the proposal process from kick off to assembly, and guide the team through the interview process-Design, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and proposals-Coordination with construction, engineers, designers, and other contractors to create a cohesive proposal submission-Analyze and interpret RFQ/RFP documents and coordinate with team on templates, expectations, and due dates-Gather content and research partners, competitors, and clients -Social media management, including increased reach, engagement, and calendar management -Website redesign and management, including coordinating with multiple businesses on updates
