I am a healthcare compliance, risk, and privacy executive with 25 years of experience leading enterprise programs across nonprofit health systems, academic medical centers, and publicly funded healthcare organizations.I’ve spent my career building trusted governance frameworks, navigating highly regulated environments, and partnering with executive leaders and boards on compliance strategy, enterprise risk mitigation, and ethical decision‑making. My work has included oversight of complex investigations, regulatory response, and medical malpractice and litigation risk, always with a focus on integrity, transparency, and organizational trust.In 2026, I chose to take a planned mid‑career sabbatical to travel the United States with my family, marking 25 years in healthcare compliance and creating space for reflection and renewal. I remain open to returning to professional service for the right leadership opportunity.I am also the founder and President of the Board of Point of Prevention, a nonprofit supporting children orphaned by HIV/AIDS in Tanzania — a role that reflects my long‑standing commitment to service, governance, and ethical leadership.
