Jenn Kaaoush serves on the Superior Town Council and is a longtime advocate for community health and disaster recovery. Following the Marshall Fire, she co-founded a resident advocacy group to support survivors facing smoke damage, air quality concerns, and long-term recovery challenges. Since then, she has advanced to policy leadership, championing change at the local, state, and federal levels.Jenn continues to fight for insurance coverage of air quality testing and proper remediation in disaster-affected communities, ensuring survivors have access to safe and healthy homes. She currently advises fire recovery efforts in Maui and Los Angeles, where degraded air quality and public health risks remain urgent concerns.Earlier in her career, Jenn served as a U.S. Diplomat in Jordan and Qatar, working on humanitarian initiatives with displaced communities. Her experience reflects a deep commitment to resilient communities, and equitable recovery policies. She serves on the RAQC as a representative of local government in the Denver metropolitan area.
