I am a Data, Quality and Systems Manager across Ruskin Mill Trust\'s schools, colleges and adult provision. Ruskin Mill Trust is a national educational provider for children and young people with autism and learning difficulties.My team leads on developing and implementing new systems and procedures to meet the data collection and reporting needs of the Trust. I am responsible for identifying requirements and the implementation of new systems, whilst working with my team trust wide to trouble shoot and share best practice. I deliver training on new systems and our MI system. My role is highly collaborative and flexible; I work with colleagues who are based at sites across UK and within the varied settings of a specialist school and specialist FE college.
