About Jennipher Spector
I am an educator by training, with a Master of Arts in Specific Learning Differences, Orton-Gillingham structured literacy and mathematics certification, Special Education licensure in the states of Tennessee and North Carolina, and 20+ years of experience in a broad range of learning environments - public, private, and international - for preschool through adult learners. Most recently at Wauhatchie Forest School, I was the Literacy Specialist and Admissions Director. After 4 years as Learning Support Teacher at Green School Bali, the founding school for Green Schools International, I moved into leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Management and working as the Admissions Director. I have collaborated with a range of teams and led multiple initiatives school-wide focused on improving workflow, communications, and learning outcomes for students and staff. I have extensive teaching and tutoring experience, including in-person and online structured reading and math support for students with learning differences, including dyslexia, ADHD, and ASD.I am dedicated, collaborative, adaptable, and love challenges. My greatest passion is ensuring that education is equitable, accessible, and purposeful for all students.I have lived in Asia for 7 years and have basic/intermediate Bahasa Indonesia skills and am fluent in English.
