Completed a successful implementation of CCH Tagetik consolidation system, defining the reporting structure, reinventing the intercompany matching process and creating many bespoke output reports. These new reports are fed by direct links to stored cloud data, allowing quick and accurate refreshing of board packs and annual financial statements.• Regularly meet with the various finance teams throughout the Group, instructing them on the use of ES Group systems and guiding them through our Group accounting policies, especially around capitalisation rules and IFRS 16.• Continually improving reporting systems within Tagetik, most recently building a fully linked Budget input sheet, with entity controllers able to independently upload directly into the system, removing the need for manual consolidation. • Main point of contact on all consolidation and reporting topics with the external auditors. Through the use of linked reports, successfully shortened the time taken to the final signed accounts stage by approximately three weeks for 2023 year end.
