I design, implement policies to promote company culture and vision and oversee operations to keep Design Visionaries on track. I manage and handle the daily business internal operations of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees and ensure that all business processes are efficient and effective while reflecting a high company morale. I directly partner with and report to the CEO, Stephen Samuel as well as support his vision and strategy. I am also highly involved in marketing, sales, production deadlines of in-house projects and client communications. I keep close business relationships with our customers and make sure they are satisfied with our staff and services. I am responsible for finding talented engineering personnel as well as contract them out to our clients.
